Jack earned his Bachelor of Laws from the City University of Hong Kong in 2020 and his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the same university in 2021.

Prior to joining CFN Lawyers LLP, Jack gained valuable experience at an international law firm based in Hong Kong. Jack focuses his practice on corporate and commercial matters, with particular experience in initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and in U.S. markets, bond offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing compliance for listed companies. Jack is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
