Justin obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History and International Relations with Honours in Boston University in 2020. He proceeded to complete his Juris Doctor degree in the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2023 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the same university in 2024.

Justin has obtained prior experience working on corporate and commercial matters, winding-up/bankruptcy matters, civil litigation and tenancy disputes in various law firms. He is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
