Bowie Fung Presented at HSUHK & AIA Executive Certificate in Family Office Consulting
Ms. Bowie Fung, Founding Partner of CFN Lawyers, was invited as a guest lecturer for the Executive Certificate in Family Office Consulting Programme, jointly organised by the School of Business, Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) and AIA Hong Kong.
The programme has successfully concluded, with nearly 70 dedicated AIA Hong Kong professionals participating. This specially designed training, exclusively for AIA's High-Net-Worth wealth management experts, focused on equipping participants with cutting-edge knowledge in the fast-evolving family office sector. Bowie was honoured to join other experienced industry practitioners in providing actionable insights and practical tools to enhance participants' ability to serve High-Net-Worth clients and families.
Bowie's lecture, titled "Family Office Governance, Regulation, and Risk Management" mainly covered:
- Hong Kong's legal and regulatory framework for family offices
- Formulation of family constitutions
- Governance structures and risk management strategies
- Case studies on trust structures, cross-generational wealth management, and succession planning
