Kelvin focuses his practice on capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, takeovers, and other corporate & commercial transactions. He has substantive experience in Listing Rules, Takeovers Code, Companies Ordinance and Securities and Futures Ordinance. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous mega size transactions and has advised various corporations including but not limited to Blackstone, KKR, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Citigroup and Yunfeng Group etc.
Kelvin qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2013 and has previously practiced in a few top-tier international firms including Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Kirkland & Ellis.
