Group Practice, strategic and alliance

On 10 February 2021, CFN Lawyers and LT Lawyers co-founded “Amalgam Group Practice”, which was established under the Solicitors (Group Practice) Rules. Through the Group Practice structure, each member firm can achieve an overall cost-saving by taking advantage of the economies of scale and reduction of overheads through sharing of resources and manpower while retaining its independence at the same time. Ultimately, the beneficiary is the clients, who will enjoy all the benefits of an integrated large practice with a spectrum of expertise, without having to pay a premium for the services to be rendered.

LT Lawyers specializes in cross-border commercial dispute resolution, particularly those with a PRC dimension, including disputes arising from the boardroom, international trade, sino-foreign JV, VAM agreement, private equity & venture capital investments, asset management, financial transaction, merger & acquisition, breaches of banking secrecy and trust.
