Elle obtained her Bachelor of Laws in 2019 from the University of Birmingham and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2021 from the University of Hong Kong. She also obtained a Master of Laws in Chinese Business Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2020. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
