Kenny obtained her Bachelor of Laws in 2019 from the University of Birmingham and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2022 from the University of Hong Kong. He also obtained a Master’s in Chinese Business Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2020. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
