Walter assists in commercial litigation, international arbitration (HKIAC) and other disputes matters. His experience includes shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, enforcement of foreign and Mainland judgments in Hong Kong, interlocutory injunctions, employment disputes, crypto fraud and crypto-asset tracing matters.
Walter obtained the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 2022, Masters in International Relations (Diplomacy) from the University of Birmingham in 2019 and Bachelor of Laws from the City University of Hong Kong in 2017.
