The article analyses the offence of conspiracy to defraud in insurance  fraud cases in Hong Kong and examines the deceptive practices by executives of listed companies and related breaches of Hong Kong Listing Rules.

His presentation balanced technical rigor with practical insights, broadening the audience’s professional perspectives on cross-border wealth management.
