Dual-qualified in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, Kevin has over a decade of practical experience across capital markets, cross-border investment, family trust planning, asset segregation, and wealth succession. Drawing on real-world examples, including “Wahaha Group asset planning”, Kevin provided a systematic analysis of the key role and practical application of trusts in asset segregation, risk control, and cross-generational wealth succession.

 

Kevin also examined the hybrid model of “trust-plus-insurance”, highlighting through case studies its distinctive advantages and practicality in asset protection enhancement, tax optimization, and ensuring succession goals.
