Cherina obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2021 and her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the same university in 2022.

Cherina focuses her practice on corporate and commercial matters, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, post-listing and regulatory compliance, and funds. Cherina is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
