Sanny specialises in a wide spectrum of civil and commercial practice encompassing commercial litigation, contentious company matters, shareholders and investors disputes, debt recovery, liquidation and insolvency proceedings, enforcement of judgments, asset tracing and recovery process. She frequently represents clients in all kinds of domestic, cross-border and offshore commercial disputes.

Throughout her practice, Sanny gained substantial experience in general litigation including personal injury litigation, employees’ compensation claims, family and matrimonial proceedings, property and tenancy disputes as well as in the areas of corporate and commercial law, compliance and regulatory, charity and trust, employment, wills and probate.

Sanny is the managing counsel of CFN Lawyers LLC, a law firm incorporated under the laws of New York, United States. CFN Lawyers LLC primarily focuses on capital markets & securities, SEC reporting & compliance, and foreign private issuer (FPI) services. CFN Lawyers LLC provides services to clients engaging in corporate finance, capital markets, and cross-border transactions, with particular attention to matters involving U.S. and Asian markets.

Sanny graduated with her B.B.A.(Law) and LL.B. degrees at the University of Hong Kong. She obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same university.

Sanny is qualified in Hong Kong (2016), New York (2016) and England and Wales (2023) (non-practising). She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
