Sherie Fung is an Associate in CFN Lawyers LLP, where she assists in the litigation department. Trained in one of the largest local law firms in Hong Kong, she gained extensive exposure in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in recovery of debts, contractual disputes, insolvency and land-related disputes etc. Sherie is actively developing an extensive practice in other areas of commercial litigation, including but not limited to shareholders disputes, international arbitration (HKIAC) and SFC investigations.

Zoe obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the City University of Hong Kong in 2023 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the same university in 2025. Zoe also earned a Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center. Zoe is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Justin obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History and International Relations with Honours in Boston University in 2020. He proceeded to complete his Juris Doctor degree in the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2023 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the same university in 2024. Justin has obtained prior experience working on corporate and commercial matters, winding-up/bankruptcy matters, civil litigation and tenancy disputes in various law firms. He is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
